Terms & Conditions

Terms for your account and use of Earnando.

Effective 29 October 2026 · Terms & Conditions

1. Operator and contact

Earnando is operated by N2XO, Inc., a company registered in the United States. Address: 1001 S Main St, Ste 500, Kalispell, MT 59901-1498, USA.

For account support, complaints and data protection: [email protected]. Do not include passwords, access codes or private keys in your message.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms govern creating and using an Earnando account: sign-in, profile, dashboard access and communication with the operator. Registering an account does not open a bank account or itself form a card, currency exchange or investment services agreement.

Access to each service depends on availability, identity verification and permissions. Its specific terms, provider, fees and restrictions must be presented before ordering. These account terms do not replace them.

3. Creating an account

Accounts are for adults acting on their own behalf and lawfully. Provide your own email, set a password and accept these terms. Read the Privacy Policy as well. The account agreement is formed when the service creates your account; email verification is required to access the dashboard.

Creating and maintaining an account is currently free. The operator may limit new registrations due to service capacity or availability requirements. Registration does not grant access to every service.

Your details must be accurate and current. Selecting a business profile and providing company details do not constitute completed business verification or authorization to act for that company.

4. Security and verification

You need an up-to-date browser with JavaScript, an internet connection, access to email and support for the necessary session cookie. Your password must contain 15–128 characters. Do not share your account or password.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password and contact the operator. Changing your password revokes existing sessions. The operator may suspend access where there is a reasonable suspicion of a security breach, abuse, inaccurate data or a legal obligation. Further verification may be required to resolve the matter.

Sumsub handles document and biometric verification. Submit only your own documents and selfie after reading the verification information. A successful result does not guarantee access to every service.

5. Features and limitations

Kryptoaktywa. Supported cryptoasset operations use Cobo infrastructure. Operations marked as live in the panel involve real assets. Before submitting, check the asset, network, address, amount, fee and withdrawal availability. Incorrect or network-confirmed operations may be irreversible. Processing time also depends on networks and providers.

Cards and exchange. Card and exchange features currently run in a demonstration environment (sandbox). Their balances, cards and executions are not a real payment card or completed exchange. Launching live services requires separate terms and identification of the relevant provider.

Referral program. Commissions are currently simulated. They are not wallet funds, do not create a payment obligation and cannot be withdrawn. Features marked as planned are not yet available.

Cryptoassets carry a risk of losing value and funds. An Earnando account is not a bank deposit. The service does not guarantee returns or provide personalized investment advice.

6. Terms of Use

Do not use the service unlawfully, bypass verification or access restrictions, impersonate others, launder money or finance prohibited activities. Do not disrupt the service or try to access other people’s data or administrative privileges.

Review each operation before confirming. Service fees should be disclosed before an order is placed; displaying a feature does not authorize arbitrary charges to your account.

7. Help and complaints

Send your applications to [email protected]. Include your account email, a description of the issue, the event date and, where relevant, the transaction ID. The operator handles complaints without undue delay and may request additional information. Applicable statutory deadlines and consumer rights take precedence.

Maintenance, network failures and provider outages may temporarily limit services. Liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Closing the account

You can close your account by contacting the operator from your registered email. We may verify your identity for security. Pending transactions and the settlement of any funds must be resolved before closure. Closing an account does not forfeit your funds.

Closing an account does not remove public blockchain records or documentation retained under legal obligations or to handle claims. See the Privacy Policy. Any statutory right of withdrawal remains available; send your notice to the operator’s contact address.

9. Versions and Changes

Effective from 29 October 2026. Version: earnando-account-2026-10-29-v1. Updating this document does not automatically bind existing users to new terms. Material changes to account terms require separate notification and, where required, acceptance.

You can print or save these terms as a PDF from your browser. They do not limit protections under mandatory laws applicable to you.
